Our Shipping Policies

All items ship from Philadelphia, PA📍📦

We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard Service shipping requested orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Express shipping orders placed Monday - Friday before 12:00pm EST will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped thereafter (excluding weekends and Holidays).

Shipping Options and Rates

We offer different shipping options/carriers in addition to our free shipping option for all orders. You will be able to choose from our available shipping options and view pricing depending on the weight of your order items during the checkout process.

Please allow up to 1-2 business days after placing your order for processing.

Please note: any delivery timeframes noted at checkout are estimates. We do not guarantee delivery within the stated timeframe. Estimates are provided by the respective mail carrier.

If you opt to pay for a shipping option other than our "Free Shipping" service and choose to return your order, your original shipping fees will be withheld from your refund amount.

Tracking Your Order

You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Click on the tracking number link to view your item's tracking page on the carrier's website. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, visit the carrier's website and enter your number to track your order shipment.

International Orders

We offer international shipping through both UPS and USPS. Available shipping options, charges, and estimated shipment time will be displayed at checkout. All orders are charged in USD.

Unfortunately, we can no longer ship to the United Kingdom at this time due to the UK's withdrawal form the European Union.

We DO NOT offer returns on International orders. All international orders (orders shipped outside of the United States of America) are final sale.

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
