Returns will not be accepted on items marked final sale. You will find this descriptor (if applicable) at the beginning of the product's description on the item page.
You must contact us within 15 days of the original purchase in order to initiate a return. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns for any reason during this 15 day time period.
Returns will not be accepted on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing the original tags. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. However, return shipping charges will be withheld from your overall refund.
How to Return Merchandise by Mail
Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your order number and the item you'd like to return. Please include the reason for the return in your email.
Once you have contacted us notifying that you’d like to return merchandise, will send you a prepaid return label via email.
Carefully pack your return and attach the provided return label. Also include a copy of your original packing slip.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide a return label (we can also offer a refund as long as you contact us within 15 days after receiving your order).
If your merchandise does not fit and you’d like to exchange it for a different size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a return label (we can also offer a refund as long as you contact us within 15 days after receiving your order).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We DO NOT offer returns on International orders. All international orders (orders shipped outside of the United States of America) are final sale.
